Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy

In the event you find that you are unable to make your appointment, please call at least 48 hours in advance to change or cancel so that I may make that appointment available to other clients. All clients that do not cancel within this time period are subject to a $35 late cancellation fee.

Lateness Policy

Your appointment reserves the specified time for your visit. If you arrive late for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your booked appointment, but only receive services equal to the time remaining.
